Get together/ ccd practice tree race?

Why would anyone in the right mind over lap the two? It doesn't make much since for anyone. After seeing this wouldn't someone move their deal back a weekend? Just a thought

well, we had already booked the hall on the only available weekend they had that didn't conflict with the series that Pat was having.....i didn't know that jacklyn had planned a
get-together until after the fact either....we tried to then move our date to another time but
schedule conflicts with other events did not make it possible....i would much rather have it on
a weekend where there was no other events, but it can't always work that way....

We had our get together booked before we knew of Ron's practice tree race. We always try to plan around what Coles is doing. I would have liked to gone to the practice tree race myself!!

No I am not changing it. As soon as Ron told me he had accidently scheduled the practice tree race on top of our get together, I tried to get it changed but they had no other time but weekdays or late in March.

if any of you chose to hit the tree tournament tomorrow, the address is 1917 oak ave, mattoon. pretty easy to get to. time runs start at 2pm. we just had our banquet there(as in the past), plenty of room and beer is $1.75. let me know if you need directions.

I wish we could make it. But it is Jonathon's Bday. We will not be making it to either event. Better luck next year I hope.
