From Bret Kepner's Facebook Results from Day 1 of the MegaBuck$ bracket racing championship at Gateway International Raceway in Madison, Illinois. Chris Brown of Wichita, Kansas, drove his gorgeous Undecover-chassised dragster to the win over Luke Bogacki in his Ameri......can dragster. J.R. Lobner was the lone semi-finalist in his Mullis-chassised "BatCar". Bogacki was still in the program with his trusty Vega, as well, at twelve cars but broke a fuel pump drive against Lobner. Congratulations are also due for Illinois dragster racer Chris Sullivan who recorded a perfect pass in the opening round! Just over 330 cars competed in Day 1 action. From Bret Kepner's Facebook, In results from Day Two of the MegaBuck$ bracket racing championship at Gateway International Raceway in Madison, Illinois, Danny Nelson, whose RaceCraft Chassis emporium in Arkansas built 12.97% of the 370 entries which competed in the day...'s first round of eliminations, scored the $10K victory over Kansan J.R. Lobner in his Mullis-chassised "BatCar". Lobner also earned a semi-finalist finish during the first day of the event. Today's lone semi-finalist was Tennessee's Jason Lynch in another RaceCraft dragster. With cool air and a tight track, it was Giant Wheelstand City out there today!
