I have for sale a new 4.000" stoke Eagle crank that has been pendulem milled (appx. 4 lbs milled around the counterweight), New JE 15.5 compression pistons with lighten wrist pins (for 23 degree heads), and Eagle rods that have 1 season on them (6.000"). The block is a GM #509 high nickle that has been machined, 1/2 filled with block filler and the good Program Engineering main caps. The only thing that needs to been done is clearancing around the pan rails for the rods, Jesel Belt Drive system with new seals and belt. All that the motor would need is gaskets, bearing, rings, and heads.
