This is a really great thing to have this close to home! You can get so much knowledge from a guy like Luke! He is a really great guy and his credentials are unbelievable. I don't think you could find anyone in the country better. Count me in! It seems like money well spent. You guys should really look at his site. It is very informative and very well written. If you talk to him tell him Jack said "HEEEEEYYYYY LUKE"

I agree!!! The first one to sign up was a divisional and national event winner! Money well spent! Take this kind of knowledge and apply it and you can make the fee up in 1 race! he usually gets 1200 at these schools. Been trying to get him booked for a while now so glad to have them this year! Just remember the password: " Heeeyyyyy Luke!"

At the race on January 9th we will be having a 2nd race for an entry into a "this is bracket racing live" school at Midstate Dragway! The winner of the race will be automatically enrolled in the school on August 20th and 21st. Entries will be allowed to double enter. We will also be giving away a 3 month free trial to the website to the worst light of the 3rd round. We would like to thank Luke Bogacki for helping make this race happen! Let me first say that I'm incredibly pleased & excited to bring ThisIsBracketRacing.com "Live" to Mid-State! Thank you to Jacklyn, Jeff, Brad & the staff at Mid-State for the opportunity!
As Jacklyn said, the class will take place Friday August 20 & Saturday August 21.
Our "guest instructor" will be 2-time NHRA Super Comp World Champion & current Top Fuel pilot Shawn Langdon!
As a brief overview, we'll spend roughly 4 hours in a "classroom" setting each morning (Friday & Saturday), then be on the race track for several hours each afternoon. Shawn and I will cover various aspects of race preparation and strategy, ranging from primitive to advanced as the class goes on.
We encourage interaction from the class, and we're more than happy to answer any and all questions in a group setting or one-on-one.
I've been fortunate to have been involved in over a half-dozen similar schools over the past couple of years. They're a lot of fun. What we have to offer probably varies by the individual "student." I don't think any two past graduates have come away from the school saying they picked up the same thing. We cover a lot of information, and we present a lot of scenario's aimed at broadening racers thought processes, increasing our level of concentration, processing on-track information, and finish line execution.
I truly believe that anyone who comes into the class with an open mind and a desire to improve will do just that.
Tuition for the class is $800 to bring your own race vehicle (Top and bottom bulb cars and racers are welcome), and the class is limited to a minimum of 8 and maximum of 12 students.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions, concerns, or thoughts on the school. I can be reached at 256-679-8328 or Luke@ThisIsBracketRacing.com.
We've already gotten deposits from three racers for this event, plus the practice tree race winner; so it's filling up quickly!
Thanks again, Luke

I am hoping some of you get the chance to meet Luke Bogacki before the school. He will soon be racing in our area as his girlfriend is from the Mt Vernon area. She also races. He is an awesome guy and one heck of a racer. If you have any questions call him on his cell.
