Congrats to Rich Komor on winning Pro last night!! (Barb got to do the happy dance many many times!!!! Haha)
Also doing a great job was Steve Maas in his new car, he got down to 8 in the quick 64 and went many rounds in the super pro class...don't know how he got the car cooled down for a couple of the rounds! Chris Sullivan went quite a few rounds in both the quick 64 and super pro class as well!!
In the end it was just the Midstate crew in the stands...haha. Imagine that!!

congrats to rich komor for winning and chris for going rounds, now for steve---i knew you would be dangerous in that new car but i was thinking dangerous in a differnt way (haha) i think you know what i mean, good job steve now all you need for your firebird is a pontiac motor and you would have a GREAT race car

It felt so gooooood to be back to drag racing.... and Midstate definitely did some class act racing! Steve- awesome job out there with that car. Wicked cool car... Congrats to all.... And cool to see Jennifer Costello nailing down the rounds in Jim's car! Fun to see the Jr Dragster kids move on and be successful... PS- Davey, sorry I didn't pay attention to your 'wolf whistle'... I just figured some poor sighted soul was checking out Billy~  |

That was awesome seeing Jennifer run the Pontiac! She did a great job and looked totally natural behind the wheel!! Looks like she's drove it for years! Great job Jennifer!

jennifer did do a great job. steves car was pretty impressive, and he did a good job of driving and going a few rounds. thats a hard deal to run in a door car.. Congrats to Rich Komor.. i wish i couldve been down there in the hunt with ya'll. it was good to see friends after a long winter. looks like im gonna hafta start begging for loose change so i can prove to you chevy boys that us little 500" pontiac guys can hang with those big 632's....  something tells me from my dragster days im better off going 5.90 and calling it a day.  ;D my wallet still hasnt recovered and its been 3 years |
