"Please note there are changes in format for the Pinks All Out Qualifying race due to racer feedback about a potential unfair advantage for racers qualifying using the Pinks All Out format."
Ok, I'm curious, anyone know what the unfair advantage is? Are people still being caught not going 'all out'?
"During the Last Chance race we will now be using a regular quarter mile E. T. bracket race format."
Are they having a bracket race to qualify for Pinks? I'm confused.

Pinks always looks for the tightest e.t group, and it usually is 10 sec cars, which the normal drag racer has. I think they are doing "bracket" to enter a broader field i.e . more faster cars based on reaction times thus letting a different breed of cars into the Final 16. Just a theory ! There is a email address on the web page to ask questions. It is ssmith@nhra.com
