I am pretty sure the payout is going to be the same as it has been which is a pretty good program. We should be thankful for what we get it is one of the better bike programs around. They don't have to give us our own class. I guess if want more money show up every week and run super pro and go three times the rounds before you get some money. Or maybe you could drive to gateway and pay 45-50 entry and maybe get 150 if you win. So what i am trying to get at is the bike programs at most of the tracks around here has really gone to S#**! in the last couple of years. So don't bite the hand that feeds us and have our pogram do the same!

Just because you won a track championship doesn't mean they should raise the bike payout because you said so. I would bet that no one goes there JUST to see the bikes. I doubt very many people would even miss the bikes other than the ones that race them. I think it's great for you guys that they even run a bike series. I did some simple math and the bike payout is $600 times 8 races = $4800. So by your math they are still losing money before they have to pay their bills.

This quote is in noway bashing the bike program I appreciate what they do for the bikes , but I do believe there are people there for JUST the bikes I know of 8 to 12 in my pit alone so I'm sure there are more "" and i feel if bikes were allowed the same opportunity as cars , first and ' or second round buy backs it could be a self sustaining class and make the track money so do that math..

it used to be a full time class, but noone showed up and they filtered into the other classes. So the bike class was cut down to fewer races to try and draw out more bikes on certain days. I dont know why you just wouldnt come and enter super pro on the days bikes arent running. That would give you the higher payout if thats what you're looking for.

We would love to give the bikes 1st or 2nd round buy backs. The reason we dont is because the guys in the bike class wanted to be on a ladder so there would be no head hunting. We do offer the bikes to buy back into either pro or super pro to race for the bigger purse.

I wish I could make it to your track more often. I hope schnitz is still on board too. I love that the bikes can get into pro/super pro. excellent !! I like bike only programs but the numbers are just not there, I understand the business side prohibiting a big pay out for a big bike program. 2 wheel speed is a cool thing branching out to a 2nd track!! A+ maybe this will be the exception to the (low bike count )rule and create a trend increasing the bike entries..
as far as people not missing the bikes[<shut your mouth>] maybe we should take a poll??
is that a sign of an attitude of dissension toward a gasoline burning, tire smoking family member?.
Bikes are the most exciting and cheapest way to go fast.
we'll be trying to make more events in 2009 .

Im all for a buy back into the bike class. But there is gotta be a way to make the ladder work. Or have 5 different colors of poker-chips and draw out that way. Prostar does that and you could race the 11 bike back u never know. Also the chips have a R and L on em form lane choice so there is no crying there. Im personally gonna enter both sp and bikes this year but I do think alot of bikes would buy back into just a bike program. And one more quick thing I'd be willing to pay say $35 bucks to enter a "points" program and run for a gold card ?? plz post lets get some feedback

Personally I dont mind racing cars I come down and run super pro on ocassion when there is no bike class , its just some mouths out there do not how bad the stinch is comming out of them , espically when they havent a clue what they are talking about , but when it comes to racing for points being able to get back into bike class seems to help keep points tighter , I do not think chips will work , bikes usually dont get called up till there is only a couple of super pro cars left in the lanes , to much confusion trying to keep things rolling , whatever is decided is fine , Hows it going bruce will ya have the big tire ready for beginning of season was wondering with big tire did ya get that high dollar crank and go back with the big motor
