I see there is both True Street and Trophy. Is now True Street a more sanctioned class, ie racin for prize money and the trophy class is the beginner class? I saw a couple true street sponsored races and thought that was cool. Kind of brings back the old run what ya brung feel of the 50's, 60's, and 70's rather than having to spend a lot to be with the big guns ie sportsman, pro, superpro.

I enjoy going to other tracks on Saturday from time to time so staying on Sundays is fine with me.Bob did say at the meeting in Springfield that he intended on being finished much earlier to try and get everyone home at a decent time so im all for it. If you have a suggestion about something give him a call, he seems to be open to any idea's or suggestions that would improve the track. Jimmie
I'm also thankful the gates are open. With the price of everything going up it seemed like there was a considerable amount of risk.

Im for going to Sats when its hot and Sundays when its not. Coles County is a competitor when it comes down too it. Most racers dont go there on Sats and race then come to CID on Sunday. With the price of gas the locals are going to stick with their track whether it be Coles or CID the majority of the time..Are we racing on Sundays because Coles races on Sat's and we dont want to hurt their feelings???

Saturdays would be okay if we started later like last year. Early morning starts don't work since Tyler has to work every Saturday.
